Thermometer with switching contacts DKR 250
Description
The thermometer is one unit. It consists from head and stem. Stem axis is perpendicular to dial. Control knob for setting of required temperature using the adjustable pointer is mounted in front glass.
Thermometer connection is made on terminal board located at the back of thermometer. The current load as shown on label must not be exceed. Therefore connection via auxiliary relay is used. Thermometer can be installed in both vertical and horizontal position. In some cases, especially at pressure bigger than 0,3 MPa for special installation, stem must be placed in thermometer well. Maximum pressure when well is used is 0,6 MPa. Wells are tested for pressure 0,9 MPa according to ČSN 130010. Thermometer wells are always 5 mm longer than thermometer stem. Well thread is M 20x1,5 and the spanner size s = 24 mm.
The whole measuring system must be placed in measured environment to ensure accurate measurement. Recommended installation depth P is at least 60 mm, or 80 mm for range 0-350 °C.
Thermometer DKR 250, maximum version
Adjustable pointer of maximum temperature is located to the right from contact pointer. When temperature raises, contact pointer moves closer to adjustable pointer. When switching temperature is reached, contacts are connected.
Thermometer DKR 250, minimal version
Adjustable pointer of minimal temperature is located to the left from contact pointer. When temperature lowers, contact pointer moves closer to adjustable pointer. When switching temperature is reached, contacts are connected.
Thermometer DKR must not be used as safety element.
